Site Technician

Job description

We’re looking for a competent, hands-on technician to help with a wide variety of projects on-site. This role is about being versatile, detail-oriented, and reliable — someone who can jump in on anything from equipment operation to basic construction, site improvements, or day-to-day fixes. No task is beneath you, and you take pride in finishing what you start. Responsibilities - Support general site projects such as setup, improvements, and repairs - Provide technical support and hands-on assistance for the installation of specialized equipment or infrastructure required by tech tenants. - Operate or learn to operate equipment like skid steers, forklifts, or telehandlers - Assist with construction and carpentry (framing, metal work, simple structures, etc.) - Handle assembly and installation of fencing, furniture, fixtures, or security equipment - Work on outdoor and utility projects such as trenching, block stacking, or landscaping tasks - Tackle one-off projects and pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving forward Qualities We’re Looking For - **Versatile & Handy:** Comfortable with tools, machinery, and construction basics; quick to pick up new skills. - **Flexibility:** Can adapt to new processes or workflows - **Detail-Oriented:** Produces quality work and pays attention to the small details. - **Hard-Working:** Willing to put in long hours when needed. - **Independent:** Works well without constant direction, a self-starter, can manage shifting priorities. - **Flexible:** Thrives when switching between big build projects and smaller, detailed tasks. - **Finisher:** Reliable about following through and completing jobs to a high standard. - **Stellar communication:** Great verbal and written communication
