Join Our Growing Team as Head of Medical Oncology at Southpaws! At Southpaws we continue to expand our network across Melbourne and now we are seeking expression of interest from a board-certified Medical Oncologist to lead and grow our Oncology service. The ideal candidate will hold a Board certification with the ACVIM (Oncology), ECVIM (Oncology), RCVS or ANZCVS in Oncology and be eligible for recognition by the Victorian Veterinary Surgeons Board as a Medical Oncology Specialist. Consideration will be given to those who are Board eligible and scheduled to sit their examinations. You must be eligible to practice as a Veterinarian in Victoria. Why work with Us? The Opportunity Through internal growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Oncologist to join our talented team. This is an exciting career defining role working alongside our team of Surgeons, including Dr. Stewart Ryan, Specialist Surgeon and Founding Fellow ACVS (Surgical Oncology). You will enhance our existing Surgical Oncology capabilities including use of electro-chemotherapy, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and best possible client/patient experience. You will be supported by an established network of referral Oncology clinicians, residents and interns and will be invited to contribute towards Southpaws strong tradition of providing superior training and development programs for the veterinary profession.
