Job description

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any Engineering course) Experience At least 8 years of work experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics industry, specifically in high-volume manufacturing with plating lines. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in an automated or digital manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills & Competencies In-depth knowledge of FPC manufacturing processes, including process and equipment set-up Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks Strong ability to prepare reports, communicate effectively and deliver presentations Demonstrates creative thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability Solid project management skills Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Proven leadership capability
