## Job Description ***About the position.*** We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Inbound Sn Analyst. The role will report into the GCC Sr. Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center). This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver. ***In brief, you will be responsible for:*** - All Transportation execution processes. - Daily monitoring of queries via TMS, ensuring orders are planned & shipped on time - Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carriers and plant contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives - Monitor data flows between ERP system, SAP and TMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution - Identify Gaps in transportation capacity and initiate accurate measures with Transportation Capacity Planning team. - Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with critical issues to management as needed. - Identify opportunities across Transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement - Track and trace of the on-transit shipments. Ensure that all hot loads are collected or delivered on time. - Perform data analysis to identify trends, diagnose issues, and determine root causes; translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Prepare and deliver clear results presentations for stakeholders, including insights, risks, and proposed next steps. - Lead or support project development from requirements through implementation, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met. - Coach and support the team by providing guidance on approach, problem-solving, and execution; promote collaboration and continuous improvement. ***Qualifications*** - Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or related field - 3+ Years Transportation & Logistics experience - Strong knowledge of Transportation and Logistics operations - Proficiency in Transportation software & tools (TMS, OTM, SAP ORTEC & 4Kites) - Proficiency in Microsoft office tools. - Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence ## Location(s) Mexico City - Antara Tower A - 5th Floor - Local Office **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes****.**
