Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents are in compliance with approved terms in credit memos. Perform pre-activation checks to ensure conditions precedents are met, collaterals in place and compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines prior to activation of credit facilities. Follow up with law firm on security documents registration and perfection. Maintain and perform system updates for activation / revision of credit facilities. Monitoring outstanding documents, covenants, re-valuations and insurance renewal for collateral. Prepare and generate escalation reports on a timely basis. Process cancellation of credit facilities and redemption of mortgage. Collaborate with business, product stakeholders and credit partners to review and improve end-to-end processes including automation and digitization. Participate in projects, provide user story requirements and perform user acceptance testing. Act as a checker and guide for the team by reviewing work quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements, and providing guidance, coaching and support to team members Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and process guidelines Requirements: University Degree in Business / Accountancy / Banking & Finance Minimum 8 years’ experience in similar field Knowledge of banking and financial services in Consumer / Wealth Management banking is an advantage Good understanding of credit control processes and risks Experience in doing projects including user acceptance testing Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel, Access and Powerpoint Analytical and meticulous with an eye for detail Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks while working independently and effectively under pressure Self-driven and able to embrace changes and challenges Positive attitude and a team player Location: DBS Asia Central Job: Risk Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
