Social & Content Coordinator - Local

Job description

**ZURU CREATIVE** **Welcome to ZURU Social & Content Creative** - where strategy, storytelling, technology, craft & creativity collide to fill feeds around the world with the best thumb-stopping, fomo-inducing, culture-defining ideas for our brands. We're building the best internal creative agency in the world and we need the people who actually make it happen. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** - Support global organic content planning across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Help manage day-to-day global social channels, scheduling posts and assisting with community engagement and responses. - Create organic social content to brief, contributing to brand affinity and conversion goals. - Coordinate the Creator Studio process — preparing briefs, tracking approvals, and helping manage rollout under guidance. - Assist with always-on content production, keeping workflows and timelines on track. - Provide support to paid content development by gathering assets and coordinating with Digital and Brand teams. - Coordinate content localisation with local markets, collating copy, creator, and influencer inputs. - Pull together regular performance reporting, compiling data and surfacing initial insights. - Monitor trends, sentiment, and competitor activity, flagging relevant findings to the wider team. - Support brand planning, influencer concepts, and global activations as directed. - Collaborate cross-functionally and assist with marketing operations tasks as needed. **Skills & Experience** Exceptional organisation — you keep dozens of moving pieces on track without dropping a single one. Deadlines, asset versions, market handoffs: all under control. A sharp eye for detail — you catch the typo, the wrong logo, the off-brand crop, the missed subtitle before anyone else does. Coordination instinct — you're a natural at keeping creators, regional teams and brand leads aligned and moving in the same direction. Native to social — you've grown up on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, you instinctively know how content behaves on each, and you're confident spotting what's working and what isn't. Localisation awareness — you get that a post built for one market needs care to land in another, and you're eager to learn what makes each region tick. AI curiosity — you're already playing with AI tools to work faster and smarter, and keen to make them part of how you operate. **Mindset & Energy** Culturally switched-on — you live online, you know what's trending, and you bring that instinct to the work. Detail-obsessed — "close enough" isn't in your vocabulary. You take pride in getting it exactly right. Reliable and proactive — you follow through, flag problems early, and chase the answer rather than waiting to be told. Growth-hungry — you're at the start of your career and hungry to learn, absorb feedback fast, and level up quickly. Team-first energy — you make the people around you more organised and less stressed just by being in the mix. **WHY ZURU** Freedom — Real Ownership, Responsibility and Trust. Scale — Global Canvas: Real markets, real audiences across dozens of countries. The content you help coordinate reaches millions. Culture & Growth Opportunities — Best-In-Class Team: You'll learn alongside people who are obsessive about culture, craft and ambition — inside a global company that backs big thinking and invests in people early in their careers. #LI-PK1 *ZURU may use AI tools to help screen, assess or select applicants.*
