To grow social media accounts, attract target customers, and build engaging social media communities. You will be required to create a strategy, engaging eye-catching content, engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments and messages, and oversee & optimize performance over all platforms. Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks including Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, Tik Tok, and others, for multiple accounts. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences Identify target audience Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals Create a content calendar with relevant topics to reach the target customers Generate new organic ideas for business growth (Collaborate with influencers etc) Advice designers Create a copy (copywriting) Monitor KPIs, analyze and optimize Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer responses Suggest and implement new features for accounts growth Engage influencers Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications Turn followers into customers 1-2 years proven work experience as a _ Social media manager or Content creator_ Proven background building a quality online following for accounts Expert knowledge of all leading social media algorithms Video Editing & Animations Graphic designs Photo editing Excellent copywriting skills prompting readers to take action Ability to deliver creative eye-catching content (text, image, and video) Experience using different social media management tools You have to be a social media power user yourself Ads Campaign experience is a big PLUS Skills: Creative Good Copywriting skills Good knowledge about Social Media and Digital Marketing Blogging skills Ideal candidate should have his or her own Social Media Account Personal skills: Strong organizational skills Responsible Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to details and accuracy Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude Analytical and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and flexibly Your Interests: Social Media Platforms Trends & News Influencers Branding & Visuals Digital Marketing Photo & Video Make sure you meet these criteria: Years of experience – minimum 2 English Location – Dubai Only (Office: Office 231, Building A5, DWC Headquarters) Content creation skills (video editing, graphic design) Copywriting skills Full Time/ Permanent Salary: 4 - 8 K Working Hours: 9am-6pm/ 10am-7pm UPGRADE DIGITAL is a performance-based marketing agency for coaches, consultants, speakers, and service-oriented businesses.
