Social Worker - Community Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Qualified Social Worker for its client's Community Team at Sheffield

What will your responsibilities be?

1. Manage a caseload of adults within the Communities Future Options service, completing strengths-based assessments, reviews, and support planning to promote independence and positive outcomes.

2. Undertake safeguarding enquiries, risk assessments, and complex casework, making informed decisions and ensuring interventions comply with relevant legislation and best practice.

3. Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies, maintaining accurate records on Liquid logic and coordinating services to meet identified needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
