Liquid Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a**Social Worker** to join the **Referral and Assessment Team** in Kingston upon Thames.
**Salary:** Up to £45,750 (DOE) **Plus:** £3,000 Welcome Bonus + £3,000 Market Supplement

As a Referral and Assessment Social Worker you will:
- Carry out high‑quality assessments and interventions
- Work closely with families, partner agencies, and multi‑disciplinary teams
- Complete short term work to meet needs and prevent long term involvement
- Contribute to safeguarding, planning, and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people
- Uphold AFC’s values of inclusion, fairness, and child‑centred practice
## **Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Relevant Social Work qualification**
- **Completed ASYE**
- **Active Social Work England registration**
