You will: - Complete timely assessments and Section 47 enquiries to identify risk and determine the most appropriate interventions - Manage a diverse caseload, contributing to Child Protection Conferences, statutory planning, and court proceedings - Lead complex and high-risk cases, driving positive outcomes for children and families - Support and develop less experienced colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and reflective practice - Work closely with partners across health, education, and other agencies to deliver coordinated, child-centred support ### About You We're keen to hear from passionate, child-focused practitioners who are committed to delivering excellent social work practice.
