You will be responsible for assessing needs, planning interventions and implementing support plans to safeguard children and improve outcomes for families. Working in partnership with children, families and multi-agency professionals, you will ensure that children receive the right support at the right time. Key responsibilities include: - Undertaking assessments of children and families - Managing a varied caseload of children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection and Public Law proceedings - Developing and reviewing care and support plans - Working collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children - Building positive relationships with children, young people and families - Completing high-quality assessments, reports and court documentation where required - Ensuring interventions are child-focused, strengths-based and outcome-driven ## About You We are looking for passionate and committed social workers who are motivated to deliver excellent services for children and families.
