Position Title: Software Architect. Category: Software Engineering & Architecture Seniority: Senior Location: Colombia and Mexico What you will be doing: We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade cloud-native applications. This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and modern Accelerated Engineering practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in TypeScript and AWS serverless technologies, thrives in autonomous environments, and is passionate about leveraging AI-assisted development to improve engineering velocity and quality. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a Solution / Software Architect or senior technical leadership role Deep expertise in TypeScript and AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, etc.) as a core requirement. Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices. Strong Experience with engineering practices, including GenAI-assisted code generation, Spec-Driven Development (SDD), and context engineering to maximize team velocity and quality. Working experience with frontend technologies and principles, coding is desired but not mandatory. Proven ability to work autonomously - owning architectural decisions end-to-end with minimal oversight Hands-on experience driving Accelerated Engineering practices, including GenAI-assisted development, context engineering, and iterative prototyping Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications with a focus on security, scalability, and maintainability Familiarity with agile methodologies, technical story design, and cross-functional teams collaboration Experience with AWS Bedrock and/or building applications that integrate LLMs or AI/ML services. Claude code / Langchain or similar will be considered.
