We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world. **Job requirements:** **We're Looking for Someone Who Has** \*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, \*Minimum 10+ years of web-based software development experience, \*Solid understanding of Design Patterns, \*Excellent performance and practical experience with .NET Core and previous .NET Framework versions, \*Excellent understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, KISS, data structures, algorithms), \*Experience in microservice architectures and transformation projects, \*Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, \*Familiarity with distributed cache and messaging queue systems, \*Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions, \*Experience in authentication/authorization protocols (preferably OAuth2, JWT, PKI), \*Good understanding of lean/agile values and ability to implement them in SDLC, \*Familiarity with CI/CD flows for DevOps, \*Experience in designing infrastructure or module-level code development processes aligned with protocols and analysis documents, \*Curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies and frameworks, \*Unit testing habit with complete coverage, \*Coding habits that ensure quality, readability, testability and maintainability, \*Comfortable with Agile methods such as Scrum and/or Kanban, \*Experience in mobile banking or financial domain projects is a plus. **Communication Methods** \*Ability to convey ideas easily, \*Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder, \*Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication, \*Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning **Teamwork Expectations** \*High learning agility capacity \*Ability to help the team while creating a sustainable product with higher quality, \*Ability to offer practical solutions, \*Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome. \*Ability to have a good grasp of the team, task, and/or customer issues and collaborate with relevant managers when necessary, and swiftly prevent or resolve these, \*Ability to act with common sense while solving problems.
