**Software Development Lead** ### Primary Skills - CI/CD Pipeline, React (React Context / Redux), Django / Flask / FastAPI, Docker, CSS/SCSS/LESS, PyTest, PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis, Kubernetes, REST API / GraphQL ### Job requirements Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities: - 1. Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, ensuring high performance and reliability - 2. Lead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating React-based frontends with robust Python backends - 3. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery of applications - 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and deliverables - 5. Optimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure efficient data handling - 6. Manage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes for seamless deployment and scalability - 7. Develop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between services - 8. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering Required Skills: - 1. Proficiency in Python for backend development - 2. Experience with microservices architecture and design - 3. Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks - 4. Proficiency in Golang as a secondary backend language - 5. CI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions - 6. Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes - 7. Database management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis - 8. API development and integration using REST and GraphQL - 9. Automated testing with PyTest Preferred Skills: - 1. Hands-on expertise in React, including React Context and Redux - 2. Frontend styling with CSS, SCSS, or LESS - 3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - 4. Knowledge of advanced caching strategies and performance tuning - 5. Familiarity with security best practices for microservices and APIs - 6. Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack Desired Qualifications: - 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline 2. Certification in Python development or microservices architecture (such as PCAP, PCEP, or similar) - 3. Certification in cloud technologies or DevOps practices (such as AWS Certified Developer, Kubernetes Administrator, or equivalent)
