We’re looking for an Intermediate, and a Senior, .Net Software Engineer to join our Platform team, to help build the foundational services, libraries, and tooling that power our product engineering squads.
You’ll be joining a highly skilled and fun team that values engineering excellence. This is a role for someone who loves backend engineering; nearly 100% of your time will be spent on server-side challenges involving cloud deployment tools, containerization, platform libraries, and performance-critical systems.
We hold high standards in coding practices, security, performance, observability, and test coverage. If you enjoy building solutions that other engineers rely on - and shaping the engineering experience across an organisation - this is the place to do it.

You’re an experienced backend engineer with a proven track record at either an intermediate, or senior, level. You bring advanced problem‑solving ability and thrive in complex technical environments.

This is a hybrid role with a home and office-based split, requiring regular weekly (1 day per week) attendance in the Auckland office.
