Most of our code base is written in Python. ● Hands-on experience with React or another modern front-end framework is beneficial. We value junior engineers who are eager to learn and contribute to front-end technology while working in a backend-heavy team. ● Understanding of, or willingness to learn, different levels of automated tests, such as unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests. ● Problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Nice-to-have Qualifications ● Experience with either AWS, GCP or Azure . ● Familiarity with containerization, such as Docker , is a plus. ● Understanding of RESTful APIs and interest in API design choices. What We Offer ● A constant stream of new things for you to learn. We're always expanding into new areas, bringing in open source projects and contributing back, and exploring new technologies. ● A set of exceptionally talented and dedicated peers, from engineering and QA to product management and customer support. ● Growth and mentorship. We believe in growing engineers through ownership and leadership opportunities. We also believe mentors help both sides of the equation. ● A stable, collaborative and supportive work environment. ● An opportunity to see the positive impact of your work on real customers.
