We are looking for Software Product Engineer with 5+ years of experience.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MFT professional to support design, development, configuration, testing, and BAU operations for enterprise file transfer solutions. The role focuses on Managed File Transfer platforms including Flow Manager, Secure Transport, Sentinel, and Axway Transfer CFT across Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performance data exchange.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end MFT solutions for system enhancements, projects, and integrations.Develop and manage file transfer flows between CFT instances using Flow Manager.Build and maintain JSON-based workflows to automate Secure Transport configurations such as accounts, sites, routing, and subscriptions.Configure and administer Axway Transfer CFT across Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 platforms.Implement and manage SSL/TLS security, encryption, certificates, and authentication mechanisms.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end validation for file transfer solutions.Provide end-to-end operational support ensuring availability, stability, and performance of MFT platforms.Administer Flow Manager, Secure Transport, Sentinel, and Transfer CFT, including configuration, patching, and upgrades.Apply latest patches and system updates across all MFT components.Monitor daily activities and troubleshoot file transfer failures, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity issues.Manage certificates, lifecycle, keys, and user access controls across all platforms.Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and proactive system monitoring.Support incident, problems, and change management activities aligned with ITIL practices.Handle CFT migrations across platforms (Linux, AIX, Windows, AS400) and support infrastructure upgrades.Collaborate with application teams to onboard new integrations and implement secure file transfer solutions.Mandatory skillsets:Required Skills:Hands-on experience with Flow Manager, Secure Transport, Sentinel, and Axway Transfer CFTStrong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, PESIT protocolsExperience in Shell/Python scripting and JSON-based automationExpertise in SSL/TLS, encryption, and certificate/key managementExperience across Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 systemsSkills in patching, upgrades, and MFT platform administrationStrong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning abilities

• Expertise in SSL/TLS, encryption, and certificate/key management
• Experience across Linux, AIX, Windows, and AS400 systems
• Skills in patching, upgrades, and MFT platform administration
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning abilities
