We are looking for a new colleague to join our Technical Support team . You will do much more than answer user queries—you will test mobile devices, collaborate with developers and help improve our digital forensics software. What will you do? Test our software on a variety of mobile devices. Handle technical requests from users. Collaborate with developers to improve existing features. Contribute to the design and implementation of new features. Create and update technical documentation. Work with the latest software and hardware tools. If you have leadership ambitions, you can grow into the role of Technical Support Team Leader . What are we looking for? Good written and spoken English . Solid knowledge of Windows and experience with driver installation. An interest in mobile technologies and a passion for solving technical challenges.
