Sous Chef - In-room Dining (Manila (Makati City), 00, PH)

We are looking for a top-caliber, highly motivated, and passionate culinary professional to oversee the preparation and delivery of exceptional in-room dining experiences. The Room Service Chef is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency while ensuring guest expectations are exceeded. Key Accountabilities Ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality Room Service orders in accordance with hotel standards. Supervise daily Room Service kitchen operations, including food production, mise en place, and order coordination. Maintain food quality, presentation, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage food costs, inventory levels, stocks, and minimize wastage. Train, coach, and supervise culinary team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment. General Requirements At least 2-5 years of culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or Room Service operation, preferably as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting. Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
