**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Provide individualized 1:1 instruction to students with autism or significant learning needs
- Implement ABA-informed instructional strategies and collect data on student progress
- Maintain current NYS Special Education licensure and all required DOE clearances
- Collaborate with BCBAs, related service providers, and families on student goals
- Adjust instructional strategies based on data-driven outcomes

**SKILLS:**
- Active NYS Special Education teaching license and current DOE clearances
- Experience providing 1:1 instruction to students with autism or developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with ABA-based instructional strategies and data collection
- Strong relationship-building skills with students and families
