We are committed to building a team of passionate, skilled educators who make a real difference in the lives of the students we serve. **Position Overview** We are seeking a licensed and certified Special Education Teacher to join our Queens team. The ideal candidate holds a Students with Disabilities (SWD) certification and has a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs in a structured, nurturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver individualized instruction to students with disabilities in alignment with IEP goals - Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's needs - Collaborate with clinical staff, therapists, and families to support student progress - Monitor, document, and report student performance and behavioral data - Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment - Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed **Qualifications** - Valid NYS teaching license required - Students with Disabilities (SWD) certification required - Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred - Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills - Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact **Compensation:** $75–$100 per hour **Job Type:** Full-Time **Location:** Queens, NY  [resumes@Lbaps.com](mailto:resumes@Lbaps.com)
