Job description
Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn Status: Full-time / 100% on-site Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually Position Summary: The Special Projects Coordinator, Footwear is responsible for the support and management of all SMU product initiatives. This role will work under close direction of the VP of Footwear and in collaboration with other internal product teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities Assist in supporting business development strategies amongst a range of collaborative partners. Manage PO process to ensure orders are entered in to order management systems. Build out and oversee all SMU Master Product Trackers & WIPs. Build cost sheets and upload all SMU sku’s into PLM system. Work with partners to retrieve all product style information needed for internal system entry. Build out Product timelines. Sample Inventory Management. Oversee SMU Product Drive to make sure all folders are up to date Work with Logistics & Ops teams to route and inbound products. Effectively communicate all actionable items internally. This includes communication with Merchandising, Design, Production, PD, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations and Accounting Teams. Special Projects Help support the Special Projects team in building out yearly collaboration strategy. REQUIREMENTS Experience Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience. Knowledge of product development and PO process is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree. Skills Experience working with PLM systems is a plus. Microsoft & Google suite, well-versed in Excel.
