In joining, you’ll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment. As a part of our team, you’ll help assist engagement teams in the areas of resource management, learning and development, human capital, reporting, technology and innovation, and quality and compliance. Job Description TRS - Corporate- Risk Management Level: Senior Analyst Location: Mumbai Experience: Candidates having experience in deals and transaction related matters are preferred Job Description  Review scope of work and engagement letters  Provide initial comments on the changes made to the standard Terms of business, non disclosure agreement and other letters (Release Letter/ Assumption of Duty letter/ Fee Arrangement Letter, etc)  Eventually working as an independent resource  Work with TRS client service teams across the firm  Understand the nuances of different types of client engagements which have come for risk assessment  Working under tight deadlines by providing timely responses that will enable client service teams to meet the deliverable timelines  Perform other specific assigned tasks in risk and allied areas diligently  Having working knowledge of firm’s Risk Management and Independence policies and practice Desired Skills  Working knowledge of firm’s TRS Risk Management and Independence policies and practice  Habituated to read, understand and implement  Solution oriented  Independently handling matters  Proactive and robust thought process  Meticulous and committed attitude with an eye for detail  Ability to influence/persuade stakeholders  Flexibility with work timings  Work with various stakeholders (various IFS teams, LoS teams, Global R&Q teams etc.) to ensure deliverables of various functional and x-functional projects are on track  Self-driven and motivated with good communication skills (written and verbal)  Strong desire to learn new things with a questioning mind Mandatory skill sets- Risk Management Preferred skill sets - Risk Management Year of experience required - 2-4 Mandatory skill sets- QRM , Risk Management Preferred skill sets - QRM , Risk Management Year of experience required - 1 to 3 Yrs Qualifications – MBA/M.COM Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Optional Skills Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
