Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, as well as the corporate partner, in developing and coordinating this in-kind partnership and program. **Knowledge and Abilities:** - Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills for building and developing effective business relationships with national and chapter staff, vendors, and donors. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. - Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadline pressures. - Discretion with confidential and sensitive information. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Manages and coordinates the Cruise Line in-kind program in support of chapter wish requests. - Advises and supports chapters on program utilization. - Collaborates with Corporate Alliances team in securing, developing, and optimizing this in-kind resource for chapters, ensuring alignment with chapter needs, developing efficient processes and trainings, and communicating with stakeholders. - Analyzes, tracks and reports on program utilization. - Synthesizes and shares chapter feedback to improve program impact. - Directly completes booking requests. - Prepares and updates program documentation, including request forms, process documents, and fact sheets. - Performs other job duties, as assigned. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. - Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel. - 1-3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or other federated not-for-profit organization preferred. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required, including demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook - Experience with Salesforce systems preferred. **Working Conditions:** - Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment - Travel required, up to 10% - May require work outside a traditional Monday – Friday work week, and outside normal business hours This Role's Hiring Range $52,194—$55,000 USD **What We Offer:** **Benefits** - Comprehensive benefit package, **effective day 1**: Medical, Vision\*, Dental\*, Wellness - Competitive compensation with annual incentive potential - Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account Options - Health Reimbursement Account fully funded by Make-A-Wish America - Short Term Disability\*, Long Term Disability\* and Life Insurance - Additional Insurance Plans: Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Pet Insurance through Figo - 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with 5% match after one year of service - Eligibility for student loan forgiveness through the [Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program](https://studentaid.gov/pslf/) - The organization will send a laptop, 24” monitor, and a docking station/adaptor to new hires **Time Off** - Competitive PTO starting at 15 days, with enhanced time off for senior roles - 10 Sick Days - 11 Paid Holidays - 2 Volunteer Days after one year of service - 2 Personal Days accrued annually - Parental Leave **Also...** - Employee Awards and Recognition Programs - Individual and Leadership Development - Discounts and special offers for theme parks, events, hotels, concerts, and movie tickets - Monthly premiums paid for the employee for vision, dental, and short/long term disability. *We are committed to creating an accessible and inclusive workplace.
