Position Summary: Support budgeting, administration, operations, and analytics in an automotive manufacturing environment. Oversee headcount, attendance, and budget preparations. Prepare reports and provide expatriate support & duties as needed. Essential Functions: Oversee headcount for hourly, salaried, and temporary positions. Create daily / weekly / monthly headcount reports and prepare daily attendance report. Prepare and oversee yearly business plans including manpower plans. Oversee and track all headcount changes including hiring, attrition, transfers, etc. Develop methods to track and report cross-functional HR analytics and metrics. Prepare and oversee department capitol and expense budgets. Analyze trends and metrics in HR and the industry to develop or improve programs and processes. Maintain the accuracy and data integrity of the department reporting systems. Project manager for expatriate relocation to Montgomery, Alabama. Responsibilities include entry and exit for housing, utilities, school preparations, and enrollment. Maintain and update database for expatriate staff that includes housing, visa, family, and school information. Make continuous improvements to the USA guide to help expatriate staff become acclimated and self-sufficient. Prepare detailed reports as required. Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements. Meet all other requirements as assigned. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred Related Experience: 0 – 10 years of job related experience preferred Skills / Knowledge: MS Word MS Excel MS PowerPoint Additional Information: Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
