This role supports the development of land cost model for Qiddiya city, ideal for someone with strong analytical capability, great attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.As Specialist, you will contribute to detailed land cost allocation work and gain a strong understanding of the masterplanning process, subdivision, land servicing, and financial outcomes. You will gain exposure to internal functions and stakeholders — including master development district teams, cost planning, implementation, and the wider MDU Financing team — contributing to land commercial analysis and the masterplanning process.
