Outpatient Pediatrics & NICU Follow-Up Clinic | Kalispell, Montana Looking for more than a traditional pediatric therapy role? At Logan Health, we're seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders to join our growing Pediatric Rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in pediatric feeding therapy while working across both our Pediatric Outpatient Clinic and NICU Follow-Up Clinic. You'll care for infants, children, and adolescents with complex feeding and swallowing needs while collaborating closely with pediatricians, neonatologists, therapists, nurses, and families. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Specialized Clinical Practice - This is not a general pediatric speech position. You'll focus heavily on pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders, including: Infant and pediatric feeding therapy Swallowing dysfunction Complex medical diagnoses Outpatient Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) Developmental follow-up for NICU graduates Be Part of a Child's Journey From the Beginning As a member of our NICU Follow-Up Clinic team, you'll help support premature and medically complex infants as they grow and develop beyond their hospital stay. Your work directly influences developmental outcomes during some of the most important stages of a child's life. Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, variable day shifts Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
