For the past two decades, we have been and continue to provide high-quality care to our patients. **We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Per Diem Licensed Speech Therapist (ST) for the Santa Clara County** You will work closely with our multi disciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care. Our clinical and office staff in San Francisco work together harmoniously to deliver outstanding care. Whether it's to assist you with a new situation, call a patient that you're running late, you will never feel alone in the field when you're a part of Health Link. - Flexible schedule - Competitive compensation, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K w/ matching, Life Insurance, and more - Paid Time Off (up to 10 days), which accumulates and can be utilized at your discretion. - Vehicle mileage reimbursement **Responsibilities:** - Speech Therapists will provide services within the scope of speech therapy, in accordance with the plan of care individualized for the patient, and in coordination with the Interdisciplinary team - Follow the plan of care; provides treatment; evaluate patient's reaction to treatment and report any changes in his/her condition to the Physician, Case Manager and/or or Director of Nursing - Maintain appropriate clinical records and/or notes and submit the records with organization policy - Be responsible for following all company policies and procedures **\*THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT POSITION\*** **Pay:** $60.00 - $75.00 per hour (depending on experience) ### **Requirements** - Current ST License to practice in California - Required - Home Health: 1 year - Preferred - Current CA Driver's License - Coverage area: Santa Clara County
