You will play a key role in transforming business goals into actionable strategies, fostering collaboration, and strengthening relationships with clients across Brasil. ### Responsabilities - **Squad Management and Development:** Lead and guide a team of 8 people, ensuring engagement, clarity of priorities, and both technical and personal development, with a strong focus on high performance. - **Project Execution and Quality:** Ensure deliveries are completed within scope and on time, maintaining consistency, quality, and visibility of results. - **Strategic Planning and Consulting:** Translate business objectives into effective Martech strategies and action plans, aligning deliveries with client goals and priorities. - **Client Relationship Management:** Build and strengthen long term relationships by understanding client pain points, goals, and opportunities to generate impact and growth. - **Prioritization Management:** Define priorities and ensure efficient use of team capacity, maintaining a healthy balance between demands and deliveries. - **Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate with other leaders and squads to continuously evolve the Minders Method, increasing project efficiency and team satisfaction. ### Requirements - +3 years of experience in Martech, SaaS, or digital consulting, working with mid to large-scale clients and projects. - +2 years of experience in team management and squad leadership within dynamic and multitasking environments. - Advanced English proficiency.
