Responsibilities Perform cost accounting activities, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to established processes. Analyze and determine accurate cost data to support decision-making. Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation for cost accounting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to successfully implement cost-saving initiatives. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure strict compliance with financial policies and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in cost accounting or a similar role. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables. Experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred. Ability to handle critical tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
