Responsibilities Drive digital development for Investment & Insurance on digibank by ensuring it has superior customer journey that meets with customer needs. Act as primary liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech and business/product owners. Ensure the delivery of digital journeys is aligned with the bank's overall strategy. Develop Customer Journey together with CE, UI/UX, Business/prod Manage and enhance the digital wealth platform to provide a seamless and personalized customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to address customer needs. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve the digital wealth platform and services. Ensure the digital wealth platform is compliant with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Contribute to the development of the bank's digital strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Banking Group. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Have experience in digital product management, with a focus on wealth management or financial services. Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects and enhancing customer experience. Strong understanding of the wealth management industry, customer behavior, and emerging digital trends. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Proficient in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.
