Job Title : Sr. Business Analyst/Sr. Test Analyst/Test Analyst/Test Lead Location : St Louis, MO Duration : Full time Job description : • Mortgage experience in loan origination, loan stipulations, processing of various mortgage loans (HIGH BALANCE LOANS , JUMBOS, Simo-Closings, FHA, VA and HARP) • UAT Test management. Release, change and risk management. Mortgage domain experience with Operations Background. • Strong working knowledge of purchases, re-finance, loan products, policies and standard industry guidelines • Experience working with mortgage consultants, borrowers, title companies, agents will be added benefit. • Perform estimation efforts on complex projects, track the progress of the projects; lead and conduct a wide range of quality-control tests. • Leadership responsibilities for the creation and execution of detailed test plans, test scripts and script execution to verify business software functionality and adherence to business requirements. • Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to enhance testing strategies; • Analyze requirements and design aspects of projects, interface with client leads and other development organizations. • Manage resources working across multiple cross-functional teams. • Lead and manage full UAT testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and production validation.
