Sr. Business & Strategy Analyst (Data Analytics)

As a fast-growing tech unicorn expanding across Latin America, we are looking for a data-driven and strategic Business Analyst to work closely with our Managing Director to optimize business performance in Mexico. If you excel at transforming complex data into high-impact business decisions, this challenge is for you. ### What you will do: • Business Strategy: Collaborate directly with executive leadership to design and execute long-term strategic initiatives. • Analytics & Modeling: Build analytical tools and data models (SQL, Python, BI) to track key KPIs across sales, marketing, and operations. • Operational Efficiency: Identify growth opportunities and process improvements through deep-dive data research. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders to accelerate decision-making. ### What we are looking for: • Education: Degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 3–4 years in data analysis, business strategy, management consulting, or project management. • Tech Stack: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and ideally Python or R. • Key Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, and the capacity to work autonomously. • Languages: Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
