At Lalamove Mexico, we're looking for a Sr Business Strategy Associate who goes beyond reporting metrics—you'll help shape the future of our business **What You'll Do** - Partner directly with the Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to define and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. - Transform complex data into actionable insights and business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. - Analyze performance across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to identify opportunities and influence decision-making. - Develop analytical models, dashboards, and performance frameworks to monitor business health and strategic priorities. - Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities. - Challenge the status quo by proposing innovative solutions and strategic recommendations backed by data. - Drive alignment across stakeholders and monitor the execution of key business initiatives from idea to impact. **Who We're Looking For** - A strategic thinker who doesn't stop at analyzing data—you translate insights into recommendations that influence business decisions. - Naturally curious, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to improve the business. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to senior leadership. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly. - Strong project management and execution capabilities. **Requirements** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. - 3–4+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, or a similar strategic role. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL, Python, R, or BI tools. - Proven ability to build business cases, influence decisions, and drive strategic initiatives through data. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
