Sr Business Systems Analyst - Finance Sr Business Systems Analyst-Finance We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance to serve as a strategic partner between Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong combination of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion techno-functional expertise, excellent communication and documentation skills, and the ability to lead initiatives from discovery and solution design through implementation and post-production support. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, trusted business partner, and hands-on problem solver who can translate business needs into technology solutions, lead projects end-to-end, and provide ongoing operational support while driving continuous improvement across Finance systems and processes globally. JOB DUTIES & FUNCTIONS Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Audit, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and define solutions. Serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Finance applications. Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, and solution recommendations. Create business requirements, functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, test plans, and training materials. Drive projects from discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment through post-production support. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery. Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage enhancement requests. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership. Desire to learn new systems and research new functionality independently QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Finance systems. Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials. Proven experience leading projects from design through deployment and support. Ability to perform data analysis and write SQL queries. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively across business and technical teams. Experience supporting FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Experience with global Finance organizations and multi-country operations.
