Assist software engineers through our dedicated "Ask Infrastructure" channel, troubleshooting deployment issues, upgrading dependencies, and embedding DevOps culture across engineering scrums. Observability, SRE & Incident Management : Enhance system telemetry and alerting across Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack. Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain platform availability, with a structured 3-month onboarding runway before joining the active schedule. What You Bring to the Role: Cloud & Infrastructure as Code: Proven track record running production systems on AWS via CLI/API and building modular infrastructure using Terraform.
