**FII USA, Inc.**, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a **Sr. Engineering Manager** to lead engineering strategy and drive technical excellence across manufacturing and operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Engineering Department in an office/production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The **Sr. Engineering Manager** will oversee engineering functions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, automation, and product quality while assisting this Engineering Department as needed.
