Whether you’re just starting your career or a seasoned professional, this is your chance to grow with a **local company** that offers stability, opportunity, and balance. ### What You'll Be Doing (depending on experience level) - Assist in or lead the preparation of bids from design through final closeout - Review project ads, plans, specs, and addenda - Perform detailed take-offs for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes - Solicit pricing and build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers - Support or lead internal bid reviews - Develop scope narratives, clarifications, and RFI logs - Contribute to historical cost tracking and database management - Collaborate with engineers, owners, consultants, and field operations - Provide change order pricing and support handoff to operations ### Who You Are - 10+ years in construction estimating (water/wastewater focus preferred) - Skilled with hard bid, design-build, CMAR, and JOC delivery methods - Broad technical knowledge across multiple trades - Proven ability to mentor and lead bid teams - Comfortable engaging directly with clients, engineers, and partners
