Job Description $20,000 Signing Bonus + Relocation Assistance Available | Senior General Manager Step Into a Premier Leadership Role in Sports + Entertainment Aramark Sports + Entertainment is seeking a dynamic Senior General Manager to lead food & beverage, retail, and e-commerce operations supporting the San Jose Sharks across SAP Center, Tech CU Arena, and the organization's three community ice centers. As Senior General Manager, you will plan, direct, and lead multiple contracted services generating multi-million-dollar revenue while ensuring alignment with financial goals, operational objectives, client expectations, and exceptional guest experiences. This highly visible leadership role oversees food and beverage operations, including concessions, premium hospitality, catering, and retail programs. You will play a key role in delivering world-class experiences across NHL games, concerts, special events, and year-round venue programming. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a team of salaried managers and be eligible for incentive compensation based on the achievement of defined financial and performance objectives. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Full P&L responsibility in regard to food and beverage Manage the client relationship at the location, while providing hands on execution and leadership of operations. Leadership of a large team of managers and workforce throughout multiple units and concepts. Developing new concepts to increase existing revenue sources for public foods/concessions, premium service and catering outlets. Partner with the District Manager and region Vice President of Operations to plan and execute business development strategy for growth. Recruitment and development of new and existing managers. Interact successfully with the client, stadium guests and team members on a regular basis. Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of large venue or multi-unit management experience is required. Premium and Concessions Management experience preferred. Direct P&L responsibility within a comparably scoped environment Ability to lead a large team of culinary & operations managers in a high volume, fast-paced environment. The ability to lead in a complex environment with a keen focus on client and guest service, entrepreneurship, while building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role. A passion for food & beverage with an ability to identify and develop successful concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
