Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs/Services roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing company Can effectively communicate (written and verbal) Understanding and knowledge in Human Resource discipline. Technical Competence: 3rd Party Service Provider Management: Canteen, Janitorial, Shuttle Service Facilities and Office Administration Transportation Management Japanese Support Activities Audit and Compliance Management Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 is an advantage Demonstrate good leadership and supervision skills Good problem solving skills Knowledgeable with MS Office Keen to details and analytical Coaching and Counselling Skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
