Sr. Interior Designer, Zamalek

Duties and Responsibilities:- Lead the development of interior design concepts that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics- Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design ideas- Develop spatial layouts, furniture arrangements, and circulation designs to optimize functionality and flow- Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and procurement documents- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that enhance the design vision and meet project requirements- Manage junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials and ensure quality execution- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the original vision- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs stay on budget and on scheduleRequirements- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field- 4+ years of experience in interior design with a diverse project portfolio- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and other design software- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and client management abilities- Solid knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methodsBenefits- Competitive Salary- Medical Insurance- Supportive, team-oriented work environment - Opportunities for growth and professional developmentWorking Conditions:- Days off: Fridays and Saturdays- Location: Zamalek, Cairo
