Build cost and renewal visibility, consolidate redundant tools, manage vendors and contracts, and validate business continuity through tested restores. IT Strategy & Scalability: Co-develop a IT roadmap that supports international growth and a workforce of 200+ employees and growing!. Design repeatable processes and make clear investment cases for the systems, partners, and future team capacity HOLY needs. About You Experienced IT operator: You have built or significantly improved IT operations in a fast-growing company and are comfortable owning both daily delivery and long-term direction.
