Sr Key Accounts Manager (Industrial/Semi/Battery) Job Summary Coverage: Industrial, Semiconductor, and Clean Energy (Battery) markets, leveraging Thermo Fisher Scientific’s broad portfolio to develop cross-divisional business opportunities Customer Segment: Semiconductor and Battery manufacturers, materials, parts and equipment companies, and other strategic industrial accounts across the broader value chain Business Focus: New account development, whitespace identification, and strategic opportunity creation, orchestrating cross-divisional resources to drive One Thermo Fisher solutions and commercial growth Territory: Nationwide, with a primary focus on the Yongin Semiconductor Mega Cluster and the expanding semiconductor materials, parts, and equipment ecosystem Office: Giheung Office, Yongin / Suseo Seoul DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Key Account Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to strategic growth and build long-term partnerships with key customers across Academia, Industry, Biotechnology, Healthcare, and Diagnostics sectors. You'll translate customer insights into meaningful partnership opportunities while representing our comprehensive portfolio of innovative scientific solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute account strategies that deliver exceptional value to customers while meeting revenue objectives. You'll build professional relationships with decision-makers and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure customer success. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive business plans, conducting regular business reviews, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share and customer loyalty. You'll collaborate across divisions to leverage Thermo Fisher's full capabilities, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. Through proactive account management and innovative solutions, you'll help customers advance their critical work in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
