(Sr.) Lead, Lifecycle Marketing

### **About us** Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up. **Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.** Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems. In 2026 we raised a [$100M Series C](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20260512183360/en/Nourish-Raises-%24100M-Series-C-to-Reverse-Chronic-Disease-with-AI-Native-Metabolic-Clinic), bringing total funding to $215M. We're looking for people who actively choose hard, ambiguous problems, who run toward unglamorous work, give and receive candid feedback, and bring relentless resilience without the ego. Our work is important, but we are not self-important. We do this because we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the world, and the problem matters. If that's you, we disproportionately reward it. ### **About the Role** Lifecycle Marketing is a new function at Nourish, with the opportunity to shape how millions of patients engage with nutrition care. As an early member of the team, you'll help build our program from the ground up — building the strategy, launching experiments, advocating for new capabilities, and laying the foundation for a durable, measurable growth engine. You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle for some of the most important moments in a patient's journey, from improving conversion to reactivating patients back to care. Working closely with Product, Data, and Engineering, you'll design personalized, cross-channel interventions that drive meaningful patient outcomes. This is a true 0-to-1 opportunity, not simply optimizing an existing program. You'll report to the [Head of Lifecycle Marketing](https://www.linkedin.com/in/renee-lewis-037a46a4/). This is a full-time role, preference for candidates based in NYC or SF (expectation of working from our office 3–4 days per week). ### **Key Responsibilities:** - **Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution** for key lifecycle moments (i.e reactivation, early patient engagement), translating business objectives into programs that directly move retention, LTV, and CAC efficiency. - **Own data and reporting** to design and run hypothesis-driven A/B tests, build experiment roadmaps, maintain dashboards, and turn insights into action. - **Partner cross-functionally** with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to ensure lifecycle is fully supported and integrated into the patient experience - **Design and scale campaigns** across email, SMS, push, and product touch points — building segmentation strategy, personalization frameworks, and journey architecture. - **Turn patients signals into outcomes** by synthesizing qual and quant insights, building clear readouts that shape our roadmap and align stakeholders. ### **We’d Love to Hear From You If You:** - **You have 3-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, S&O, consulting****, or a related high-impact function** — with experience owning lifecycle programs that drove measurable business outcomes. - **You're data-fluent and experimentation-rigorous,** and can drive analysis from insight to action. Your strategy and decision making is rooted in data. - **You're a 0-to-1 builder** who has launched programs from scratch. You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction: you identify the highest-leverage work, define the plan, and drive it through ambiguity. - **You are deeply impact-oriented.** You prioritize based on business outcomes, not activity, and have a track record of materially moving core metrics. - **You’re comfortable in fast-moving environments;** you can juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly when things shift, and thrive in hyper-growth. - **You can work well cross-functionally,** building trust and alignment with different teams in a low-ego way. - **Nice to haves**: - Experience at fast-growing tech or healthcare startup - Hands-on expertise with [](http://Customer.io) or similar ESPs (Braze, Iterable) - People leadership or strong coaching skills - Fluency with modern mar-tech stacks and engineering partnerships ### More information [The Nourish Bar](https://app.notion.com/p/A-Guide-to-The-Nourish-Bar-36ecc837c1d0810f9f24e75b240c666c?pvs=21) [Our Values](https://app.notion.com/p/84cef6ac8c384f4d8f595a8c0061c62c?pvs=21) [Why Nourish Exists](https://app.notion.com/p/84442a27abc34e2b95b2ad3d3dfb1214?pvs=21) [How We Work](https://www.notion.so/a461b591089f412dbc2c55ab7167f74e) [Comp Philosophy](https://www.notion.so/38e34a54930f45cf93f41fd7f7e28a83) [Benefits](https://app.notion.com/p/36dcc837c1d0810198e4e69580095e2a?pvs=21)
