Communicate complex supply/schedule issues clearly to stakeholders and build consensus on resolution paths. Use data analysis to support recommendations and influence decisions; escalate appropriately when broader input is required. Operate with moderate autonomy under established policies, applying judgment to resolve moderately complex planning and execution issues.
