Participate in on-call and rotational shift support (24x7 operations). Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of hands-on experience in global enterprise network operations. Strong expertise in: Palo Alto Firewalls (security policies, Panorama, VPNs). Prisma SD-WAN / SilverPeak SD-WAN (deployment, operations, troubleshooting). Cisco Catalyst switches (layer 2/3 configuration, routing protocols, QoS). Cisco Meraki switches and access points (cloud-managed operations). Wireless technologies, including Aruba APs. Strong knowledge of routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VPN, VLANs, QoS, NAT, ACLs. Familiar with network monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, PRTG, SolarWinds, or equivalent). Experience with firewall rule reviews, policy audits, and security compliance. Experience working in financial services/investment banking (preferred). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
