What Your Impact Will Be: Design innovative packaging from concept through production for Mattel Games brands and licensed properties. Develop compelling visual storytelling that strengthens brand identity and drives consumer engagement. Create packaging and product graphics, digital assets for both retail and e-commerce experiences. Partner with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Copywriting, and Brand teams to bring cohesive creative solutions to life. Art direct illustration, retouching, and external creative partners. Create 3D package visualizations and physical mockups to communicate design intent. Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure design quality from concept through production. Stay connected to consumer, design, entertainment, and cultural trends to inspire fresh creative solutions. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience in packaging, graphic, or consumer product design. Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and brand storytelling. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar. Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and consumer-focused design. Ability to balance creativity with production requirements and business objectives. Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
