This is a hands-in-the-account role from day one for someone obsessed with what makes an ad account scale profitably, not just spend. You will work hand-in-hand with senior buyers to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns primarily on Meta, with growing responsibility on AppLovin / Axon.You NEED experience, and sharp instincts, comfort with BIG numbers, and the drive to get great at this fast.
