Job Responsibilities - Manage & Execute site and participant payments in compliance with Clinical Trial Agreements, regulatory requirements, and company policies. - Record and maintain accurate payment transactions in electronic systems. - Prepare and process payment requests in Smart Grant within required timelines. - Create Purchase Orders (POs) based on contract values in coordination with Budget & Contract Specialists and Trial Managers. - Set up new suppliers for site staff engaged in clinical trials. - Monitor payment status regularly, identify and resolve issues, and report discrepancies. - Develop and implement payment optimization processes with internal and external stakeholders. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Study Start-up, Trial Managers) to ensure efficient payment execution. - Handle financial correspondence and inquiries related to site payments. - Communicate payment status updates to sites and clinical teams, addressing issues promptly. - Act as subject matter expert (SME) for payment processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.
