[Found](https://joinfound.com/) is transforming personalized weight care with an evidence-based platform that combines modern medicine, behavior change support, personalized coaching, and a supportive community. Since launching in 2019, Found has served over 250,000 patients across the U.S., making high-quality, affordable treatment more accessible while reducing healthcare costs for consumers, employers, and payors. Backed by $130M+ from top investors including Atomic, GV, WestCap, IVP, TCG, and Define Ventures, Found is redefining how personalized weight care is delivered at scale. # **Key Responsibilities** ## **1. Vendor Strategy & Relationship Management** - Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio: primary, backup, regional, and specialty partners across both compounded and branded tiers - Design and maintain vendor scorecards; lead business reviews (QBRs) against SLAs for speed, accuracy, fill rate, and cost - Serve as the lead operator on pharmacy RFPs, contract renewals, and onboarding of new partners - Maintain contractual SLA documentation; flag compliance gaps and drive remediation with vendors - Build and own the vendor escalation playbook for supply disruptions, quality events, and service failures ## **2. Pharmacy Cost & Margin** - Build and maintain a pharmacy cost model: acquisition cost by drug, formulation, strength, and vendor; track actuals vs. budget monthly - Lead pricing benchmarking across compounded and branded partners; surface optimization opportunities to leadership - Identify and model COGS levers: vendor-mix shifts, volume-tiered pricing, formulation substitutions, and compounding cost inputs - Partner with growth/finance on the pharmacy P&L; be the ops counterpart in monthly close reviews ## **3. Clinical & Product Partnership** - Collaborate with clinical ops on formulary updates, titration protocol changes, and how they ripple into pharmacy workflows - Own the operational side of the order-to-ship pipeline; partner with product and engineering on pharmacy integration health - Bring the vendor and ops perspective into the pharmacy roadmap; flag where tech gaps create manual work or member risk ## **4. Member Shipment Experience** - Own the end-to-end member experience for medication/prescription shipment SLA: define what we promise, measure adherence, and lead improvement initiatives - Partner with MX to build proactive shipment communication triggers (delay alerts, exception workflows) that reduce inbound contacts - Design and maintain the lost/delayed shipment playbook; own resolution workflows with vendors and MX - Drive data integration between pharmacy partners and internal systems to enable self-serve shipment tracking for members ## **5. Compliance & Quality Operations** - Maintain working knowledge of 503A vs. 503B regulatory distinctions as they apply to our compounded network - Track third-party testing requirements (potency, sterility, endotoxins) across compounded partners; ensure testing cadence is met - Own the operational side of pharmacy recall and product withdrawal workflows - Support state board of pharmacy registration tracking across the vendor network - Partner with legal/compliance on any pharmacy-related regulatory inquiries or audits ## **6. Inventory, Capacity & Shortage Management** - Track FDA shortage list and vendor allocation signals proactively; maintain a real-time view of network supply health - Develop and maintain substitution and allocation playbooks for shortage scenarios across compounded and branded products - Build a 30/60/90-day demand forecast in partnership with the clinical and growth teams; translate into vendor capacity conversations - Own the compounding batch timing and inventory cycle in coordination with 503A/503B partners # **What We’re Looking For** ## **Required** - 7+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare supply chain, or a closely related function; prior experience at a Senior Manager or Director level preferred - PharmD — we expect this person to bring clinical credibility alongside operational depth - Proven track record owning pharmacy vendor relationships end-to-end, including SLA accountability, QBRs, and contract negotiations - Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical cost structures and drug acquisition — you can build a pharmacy P&L model and defend it in a finance review - Experience operating in or adjacent to compounded pharmacy (503A or 503B) with a working understanding of USP compliance and third-party testing requirements - Strong analytical skills: you build your own models, spot anomalies, and come to conversations with data - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and influence without direct authority at a senior level - Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where you are often writing the playbook for the first time ## **Nice to Have** - Experience at a telehealth, direct-to-consumer pharmacy, or digital health company - Familiarity with GLP-1 therapies, semaglutide or tirzepatide supply dynamics, or compounded peptide operations - Experience running vendor RFPs or negotiating pharmacy contracts - Exposure to pharmacy data integrations - Experience building or contributing to a pharmacy P&L model Found is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We seek and celebrate diversity in its many forms. If you’re excited about this opportunity but do not meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
